All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotions may change at any time.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery and InstaPay. Order totals — including shipping — are calculated and confirmed by us at checkout.

We deliver across Egypt. Standard shipping is applied at checkout, and orders above the free-shipping threshold ship at no charge. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Returns are handled in line with our Refund & Exchange Policy. Eligible items may be returned after delivery through your account or by contacting us. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

All content on this site — including the CAPRICE name, logo, product photography, and text — is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, CAPRICE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
