These Terms of Service govern your use of the CAPRICE website (caprice-eg.com) and your purchase of products from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the website.

All orders are an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for example where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or the delivery details cannot be verified.

A confirmation email is sent when an order is placed. This email confirms receipt of your order; it does not guarantee stock availability.

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and promotions may change at any time.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery / InstaPay and credit or debit card. Card payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure page; CAPRICE does not store card details.

Order totals — including the delivery fee — are calculated by us at checkout and shown to you before you confirm. The amounts shown in your browser are indicative; the totals we calculate at the moment you confirm the order are the ones that apply.

The delivery fee is calculated according to the governorate you select, and is shown in your order summary at checkout before you confirm. The fees currently in force for every governorate are published on our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery to some governorates may be unavailable; checkout will tell you before you place an order.

Delivery fees may change. The fee recorded on a confirmed order is the fee you pay — a later change to our published fees never alters an order that has already been placed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Returns are handled in line with our Refund & Exchange Policy. Eligible items may be returned after delivery through your account or by contacting us. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

All content on this site — including the CAPRICE name, logo, product photography, and text — is our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, CAPRICE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
